General Acquiescence

By entering this Agreement, the Customer agrees to the terms herein as well as the Terms of Service

listed on the Agency’s website. The Customer acknowledges that updates to these

Terms may occur and is responsible for periodically reviewing them.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Rachael Field's Marketing offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

Google Ads management, Facebook and Instagram Ads, Ad management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO),

Landing page, and or Sales Funnel creation. Analytics tracking and reporting

The scope of services will be defined in a written agreement or proposal between the client and the agency.

Payment Terms

All payments are due based on the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.


Late payments may result in paused services or additional late fees. The client is responsible for any ad spend

on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) unless otherwise agreed.


Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to: provide access to necessary platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Website, CRM).

Respond to approvals and feedback requests in a timely mannerSupply accurate business information and creative

content when needed. Comply with the advertising policies of platforms such as Google and Meta


Performance Disclaimer


While Rachael Field's Marketing uses best practices and strategic methods to optimize performance, we

do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Number of leads or sales, Ad impressions, or clicks. Search engine rankings.

Digital marketing results vary due to industry competition, platform changes, and market trends.


Intellectual Property


All assets created by Rachael Field's Marketing, including ad copy, graphics, landing pages, and strategy

documents, remain the property of the agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Termination


Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:

All outstanding balances are due immediately. No refunds will be issued for work already completed or third-party

ad spend. Platform access may be revoked if needed


Confidentiality


We agree to keep all client data, marketing strategies, and business information confidential. The client also agrees not to disclose

proprietary agency methods or materials.


Limitation of Liability


Rachael Field's Marketing is not liable for: Loss of revenue or profits. Third-party platform outages or errors.

Damages resulting from misinformation provided by the client. Our maximum liability is limited to the total

amount paid to us in the 30 days preceding any claim.


10. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the

appropriate courts of Florida.
